Motorcycle Claims Specialist

We are seeking a Claims Professional to join our team. This role will involve delivering superior claims service, determining policy coverage, investigating and evaluating assigned cases.
Key Responsibilities:- Management of lodgements and repairs for Motorcycle Claims utilising multiple claims systems and processes.
- Maintaining positive stakeholder relationships with the insured, agents and service providers.
- Interpreting basic policy coverage and determining if coverage applies to claims submitted.
- Receiving, recording and processing incoming insurance claims.
- Authorizing payment within scope of authority, settling claims in the most cost-effective manner and ensuring timely issuance of disbursements.
- Identifying suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims and arranging investigations.
Requirements
To succeed in this role you should have previous experience in a similar position within Motor Claims, strong customer service skills, excellent communication, both written and verbal, as well as strong negotiation, organisational and time management skills.
