Motorcycle Claims Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Claims Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing delivery of superior claims service, determining proper policy coverage, and concluding assigned cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing lodgements and repairs for Motorcycle Claims using multiple claims systems and processes.
- Maintaining positive stakeholder relationships with the insured, agents, and service providers.
- Interpreting basic policy coverage and determining if coverage applies to claims submitted.
- Receiving, recording, and processing incoming insurance claims.
- Authorizing payment within scope of authority and settling claims in the most cost-effective manner.
- Identifying suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims and arranging investigations.
About You
- Prior experience in a similar role within Motor Claims is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation, organisational, and time management skills.
- A quick learner who is comfortable with technology.
