Job Overview

The Assistant Fitness Manager plays a key role in overseeing fitness and personal training products and services.

Responsibilities
  • People Management:
    • Ensure employees adhere to company policies, procedures, and programs.
    • Provide leadership to employees, including coaching, feedback, goal setting, and performance management.
  • Fitness Management:
    • Achieve personal training and supplement goals through effective leadership and motivation of Personal Trainers.
    • Implement personal training programs and promotions to achieve department goals.
  • Education & Experience:
    • Active Personal Trainer Certification and First Aid Certification required.
    • Leadership and/or management experience in sales, retail, or hospitality preferred.
