Fitness Operations Director

We seek a seasoned professional to helm our Melbourne operations. This is a challenging leadership role requiring strong business acumen and the ability to drive growth and success in a rapidly expanding team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in fitness industry management, preferably in direct PT management, sales or club management. They will be responsible for recruiting, supervising, training and developing personal trainers, as well as analyzing data, trends and metrics to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit and manage a team of personal trainers to meet business objectives
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and success in the region
- Analyze data, trends and metrics to inform business decisions
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including club managers and owners
- Develop and execute marketing and lead generation strategies to drive PT penetration
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Exceptional business acumen and analytical skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fitness industry management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
