About the Role

At Belgravia Leisure, our Customer Service Officers are the backbone of our operations, providing exceptional services to our members, casual users, and potential new members. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering first-class services that align with our Mission, Vision, and Values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, both in person and over the phone
  • Apply sound cash handling principles and utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Offer membership information and have the knowledge to sell memberships when a person joins or renews
  • Promote our centre's services and programs to customers and accept bookings and enrolments
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers
  • Promote good public relations at all times
  • Ensure the centre's opening and closing procedures are followed in accordance with security and safety protocols

Requirements

  • Positive, friendly, and helpful work style
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with software packages and point of sale systems
  • Desirable experience in the leisure industry
  • Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level 2)
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Police Check
  • Working with Children Check

What We're Looking For
