Seize a Key Role in Digital Excellence

We are seeking a skilled Digital Business Innovation Specialist to join our dynamic team at Seed Heritage. As a key member of our digital delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital projects.

The Opportunity

In this exciting position, you will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting testing to deliver exceptional digital solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with planning, prioritizing, and executing digital projects, ensuring smooth product delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Capturing feature requirements and documenting user stories to ensure clear acceptance criteria and successful project outcomes.
  • Communicating project goals and timelines to stakeholders, including third-party vendors and internal teams, to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Supporting UAT and end-to-end testing across digital platforms to ensure solutions meet high-quality standards.
  • Configuring digital platforms as needed and providing technical support to resolve any issues.
  • Using data analysis techniques to generate insights and make fact-based decisions to improve digital products.
  • Maintaining service levels and ensuring quality standards are met by monitoring digital platforms and addressing performance issues.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of agile processes within the team.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Business Information Systems/Technology or related field.
  • Previous experience in a Digital Producer or Analyst role within a digital agency or client-side digital team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of agile product delivery frameworks and SDLC.
  • Experience with data analysis, process mapping, and retail technology platforms (eCommerce, order management, etc.).
  • Knowledge of web design, UX standards, and Conversion Rate Optimization.
  • Familiarity with web content management systems and IT/supply chain processes.
