We are seeking an organized Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service activities.
- Organize and schedule regular field service activities, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with clients.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and data entry for service activities, adhering to divisional expectations.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent phone etiquette, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in computer applications. Experience in a similar role or fast-paced office environment is advantageous.
