Contact Centre Outreach Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be contacting existing customers to notify them of changes to their direct debit payment process. This is not a sales-focused role – it's purely centered on relaying important information in a professional and friendly manner.
You will be making around 80 calls per day, working through a list of approximately 2,000 customers over the course of a 6-week assignment. A full script and training will be provided, along with light data entry tasks to log the outcomes of each call.
We are looking for an Outbound Customer Service Professional who can make outbound calls to existing customers using a provided script, communicate changes to direct debit arrangements clearly and accurately, record outcomes and update customer records with attention to detail, and follow call volumes and productivity targets while maintaining professionalism.
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is ideal
- Confident phone manner and strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and following structured processes
- Strong attention to detail and basic data entry capability
This is a short-term assignment, available full-time for up to 6 weeks based in Southport. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with our team to ensure the successful completion of this project.
