Operational Technology Cyber Security Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist to join our team in a pivotal role that will drive global cyber improvement across manufacturing sites.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering technical guidance and support for implementing cybersecurity measures within operational technology environments at manufacturing sites.
This involves collaborating closely with site-based engineers to identify and implement standardized cybersecurity tools tailored for operational technology environments.
The specialist will monitor and report on site-level progress to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
A key part of the role includes supporting compliance with OT Cyber Security Requirements by conducting Business Impact Assessments, developing Service Continuity Management plans, and creating standardized documentation templates for cyber controls.
The specialist will also assist in deploying cybersecurity tools, investigating vulnerabilities, and supporting incident response efforts.
Beyond implementation, the role encompasses ongoing support and governance of deployed cybersecurity solutions.
This includes managing tools such as vulnerability monitoring systems, endpoint protection, automated backups, password management, and remote access platforms.
The specialist will contribute to governance activities by developing audit frameworks, participating in exemption assessments, and reporting key risk indicators to leadership.
Additionally, they will help deliver cybersecurity awareness initiatives, actively engage in the OT Community of Practice, and promote knowledge sharing around emerging threats and best practices in OT cybersecurity.
