About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in deploying and maintaining cyber security tools in operational technology (OT) and automation environments.

The Cyber Security Expert will be responsible for delivering global technical guidance and support for implementing cybersecurity measures within OT environments at manufacturing sites. This includes advancing the OT Cyber Security Roadmap by identifying suitable cybersecurity solutions tailored to manufacturing settings, offering technical assistance to site-based OT engineers, and tracking critical cyber risk indicators.

To fulfill these objectives, the specialist will collaborate closely with the Manufacturing Technology team, site personnel, the PMO, Global IT teams, and external vendors or consultants. The role requires a strong understanding of industrial network protocols, architectures, and PLC/SCADA platforms used by our sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advancing the OT Cyber Security Roadmap by identifying suitable cybersecurity solutions tailored to manufacturing settings.
  • Offering technical assistance to site-based OT engineers.
  • Tracking critical cyber risk indicators.
  • Collaborating with the Manufacturing Technology team, site personnel, the PMO, Global IT teams, and external vendors or consultants.

The Cyber Security Expert will contribute to governance activities by developing audit frameworks, participating in exemption assessments, and reporting key risk indicators to leadership. Additionally, they will help deliver cybersecurity awareness initiatives, actively engage in the OT Community of Practice, and promote knowledge sharing around emerging threats and best practices in OT cybersecurity.
