Job Role

We seek an exceptional Facilities Management Professional to lead and maintain critical data center infrastructure, ensuring high-quality operations without customer impact. As a key member of our global team, you will drive continuous improvement projects from conception to completion, collaborating with various support teams across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams of engineering technicians in all facets of their career, promoting growth and development through rigorous Change Management processes.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure SLA compliance while managing operations effectively.
  • Routinely operate as the on-call Facilities Manager for the data centers, providing timely support and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years people management experience, with proven success in team development and technical training.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of critical data center infrastructure, including electrical systems (feeders, transformers, generators, UPS, PDUs) and mechanical systems (chillers, pumps, air handling units, fire safety).
  • Strong track record of maintaining SLAs through proactive monitoring, documentation, and issue resolution, with the ability to engage support teams when needed.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and improving maintenance procedures while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of technical challenges and drive solutions, while continuously expanding knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Advanced certifications or degrees in a relevant field are highly desirable.
  • 5 + years experience working in data centers with an emphasis on building and equipment operation.
  • 3 + years experience in a management position with 5 or more direct reports.
  • Hold or be able to attain relevant security clearances.
