Early Intervention Specialist

This role offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact on the lives of young people, providing individual and family support, outreach and group work, and advocacy services.

As an Early Intervention Specialist, you will work closely with families to stabilise their living situation, improve engagement with community resources, and facilitate referrals to specialist services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct strength-based assessments and develop intervention plans tailored to each family's unique needs.
  • Deliver effective case management services, leveraging community connections and expertise.
