Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Product Innovation Lead to drive strategic growth and innovation across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product development strategies, leading the full lifecycle of product creation from concept to delivery.
- Lead a high-performing team of product developers, focusing on executional excellence, collaboration, and commercial impact.
- Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers globally, ensuring timely delivery of components and samples, meeting quality standards.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for delays, issues, or quality concerns, maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Design, Supply Chain, Supplier Growth) to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize commercial success.
