About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Planning Lead to join our Tennis NSW team. As a key member of our team, you will play a senior role in leading key projects and supporting the wider Tennis Development Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate NSW infrastructure projects with the Infrastructure and Planning Manager and engage stakeholders for successful outcomes
  • Offer technical and development advice on NSW infrastructure projects
  • Provide and promote funding opportunities to NSW venues as they relate to infrastructure development, ensuring the team is kept informed
  • Manage the Tennis NSW Facility Enhancement Fund program and other tennis-led funding processes
  • Develop project and grant capabilities for internal and external stakeholders, including regional teams and local clubs and government
  • Use data insights to drive facility development, venue sustainability, and participation outcomes
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled individual with a strong interest in sport, preferably with a background or knowledge of Tennis. You will have a high level of organizational skills with strong attention to detail, strong stakeholder engagement capabilities with excellent written and oral communication skills, and a strong interest in advancing a career in Recreation Planning and Infrastructure Development within the sports and recreation sector.

You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
