Job Title: Landscape Operations Manager

 

We are seeking a qualified team leader to oversee the maintenance and repair of playground surfacing, equipment, and synthetic grass landscapes.

The ideal candidate will have sound computer literacy, positive attitude, good communication skills, physical fitness, and commitment to WHSE initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of maintenance and repair teams
  • Coordination with clients to meet their landscape needs
  • Maintenance of high standards in quality and safety
  • Development of strategies for improved efficiency and productivity

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., horticulture, business)
  • Proven experience in a similar role or industry
  • Sound knowledge of WHSE practices and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
