Job Title: Seasonal Retail Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Consultant to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, has excellent communication skills and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Seasonal Retail Consultant, you will be responsible for providing a unique shopping experience to our customers by showcasing our products and services in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Provide product information, demonstrations and recommendations to customers.
  • Process sales and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain store visual merchandising standards and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
  • No prior retail experience necessary but preferably some experience within a customer service role or environment.
  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team.
