We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Operations Coordinator.

This position involves supervising Rental Inventory, including inventory management, general administrative duties, and ensuring accurate systems and paperwork processing. As a central point of communication between departments, you will facilitate the smooth operation of the Base Operations Team and effectively communicate operational considerations between venues and base.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Intermediate knowledge of audio, visual, and lighting equipment is required.
  • You will provide creative input for produced events within the venue.
  • Attend site inspections to assist in developing client proposals.
  • Review event proposals to ensure accurate equipment and labor specification.
  • Assist in developing weekly rosters for technicians.
  • Support internal clients and venue partners after hours as needed.
