Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Darwin team. The successful candidate will work with diverse clients, including children and adolescents, those with disabilities, mental health issues, and complex trauma. The role involves working with families, carers, or government departments supporting these individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and reports in areas such as functional assessments, motor skills evaluation, and cognitive function evaluations.
  • Identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide individualised therapy sessions to suit clients' unique requirements, conducted in various settings, including clinics, community locations, and telehealth.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve client-focused outcomes.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.

Essential Criteria
  • Bachelor or Master qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current AHPRA registration with no limitations.
  • Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Check.
  • Current National Police Clearance and Driver's License.
  • Demonstrated experience working with clients who have complex needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
