The successful candidate will oversee a diverse range of capital works projects from initial concept and planning through to execution and post completion review. This position requires someone who thrives on building strong relationships and is a self-starter who actively drives outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of capital works projects.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Prepare project documentation, risk assessments, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management and/or Civil Engineering.
  • Proven project delivery experience.
  • Strong contract management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • A current QLD C Class Driver's Licence and Construction White Card.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
