About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Practice Engagement Manager to join our team at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. As a key member of our AI Practice, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and execution of our AI communication plans.

As an AI Practice Engagement Manager, you will work closely with our AI leadership teams to draft and deliver communications activity, create and drive compelling narratives, campaigns, and internal communication opportunities. You will also contribute to creating and delivering communication strategies across a portfolio of areas and may contribute to the delivery of strategies and plans to support CBA Group-wide campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute AI communication plans to drive engagement and adoption across the organization.
  • Collaborate with AI leadership teams to draft and deliver communications activity, including creating and driving compelling narratives, campaigns, and internal communication opportunities.
  • Contribute to creating and delivering communication strategies across a portfolio of areas, including supporting CBA Group-wide campaigns and initiatives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective communication solutions.
  • Provide expert advice on AI-related communications and engagement strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an internal focused communications role, managing business communication strategy and implementation.
  • Exceptional writing skills and ability to simplify complex messages.
  • Proven technical expertise and an ability to contribute to and execute strategic programs of work and tactical activities.
  • Ability to apply sound judgement to ensure communications strategies reflect and align to the broader AI narrative.
  • Obsession for delivering effective communications that is focused on improving the lived experiences of our customers.
  • Experience in data, analytics, and AI (highly advantageous).
  • Change management and employee engagement experience (desirable).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to collaborate with multiple teams and functions to deliver strong outcomes.
