Job Overview

Shiji Group provides software solutions and services for the hospitality, food service, retail, and entertainment industries.

The successful candidate will provide technical consultancy to our Hospitality customer base across South East Asia, working closely with product teams to ensure the successful implementation of our payment solutions in conjunction with other hospitality-centric solutions.

Key responsibilities include installing Shiji Payment solutions at customer sites, providing operational support, taking customer sites live with integrated payments, and assisting product management with testing new releases.

The ideal candidate will have a background in the hospitality industry, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
