Senior HCM Solution Architect Opportunity

A leading enterprise organisation is embarking on a large-scale HCM transformation program to enhance and streamline key people management services across a vast user base.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior HCM Solution Architect to join our program team, bringing expertise in SAP SuccessFactors transformation programs. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Recruitment, Onboarding, and Core HR, in collaboration with the implementation partner.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of skills and experience, including:

  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience on the vendor side of SuccessFactors implementations.
  • Strong customer focus, with excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Strong consulting skills, with the ability to lead workshops with multiple stakeholders and senior executives.
  • Strong HR functional skills, particularly in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Core HR.
  • Strong technical skills, including expertise in SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules, integrations, BTP solutions, data management, SAP ECC, or SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs/projects and priorities simultaneously.
