Job Description

We are seeking a strategic professional to drive meaningful outcomes that enhance lives and deliver long-term value. As a key member of our Sustainability team, you will lead the integration of social impact into our business strategy.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Sydney CBD. You will be responsible for championing the Social Impact by Design Framework across business units, assets, and projects, as well as collaborating cross-functionally to deliver enhanced social outcomes.

About You

You are a natural connector and coach who brings people on the journey and inspires action. With significant experience in commercial roles, ideally within social sustainability, you know how to influence, engage, and deliver results.

You thrive on collaboration, using your strong communication and stakeholder management skills to build trust and momentum. You are data-savvy, curious, and driven to challenge the status quo. Most importantly, you are passionate about creating social value and making a real difference in communities.

Requirements
  • 6+ years' experience in commercial roles, ideally within social sustainability.
  • Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and embed strategic frameworks.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills to bring people on the journey.
  • Experience in data analysis, ESG reporting, and project delivery.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or Sustainability (preferred).
