Learning and Development Leadership Role

This leadership position plays a pivotal role in overseeing the design, coordination, and evaluation of induction, compliance, and capability-building programs that align with operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop comprehensive training needs analysis and associated documentation
  2. Maintain accurate training registers and compliance tracking systems
  3. Oversee the creation and delivery of induction and job readiness programs
  4. Establish and maintain Manager Handbook and Contract Handbook resources
  5. Implement regular compliance and training check processes
  6. Design training reporting dashboards for strategic review and compliance

The successful candidate will possess experience in L&D leadership or training program delivery within complex, operational environments.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including industry body experience, are essential.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and training documentation, are also required.
