We have been serving the community for over 30 years, and our team is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
About the RoleAs a Caseworker, you will be a key member of our team, working closely with children, young people, and their families to provide support and guidance.
Our Intensive Therapeutic Care homes provide a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people who have experienced trauma.
As a Caseworker, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, assessing their needs, and developing personalized plans to support their growth and development.
You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support and guidance to children, young people, and their families
- Assess and develop personalized plans to support the growth and development of our clients
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Build strong relationships with our clients and their families
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Diploma in Social Sciences/Social Welfare or equivalent
- Current Working with Children Check/Working with Vulnerable People card, First Aid Certificate, and Driver's License
