About the Role

Our Intensive Therapeutic Care homes provide a supportive environment for children and young people who have experienced trauma to thrive.

As a Support Worker, you'll team up with clinical and casework staff to help children and young people build resilience, navigate complex emotions, and achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Encouraging participation in education and hobbies
  • Building confidence and self-esteem
  • Supporting children and young people in their daily lives
About You

We're looking for someone with a Diploma in Community Services or a Diploma in Disabilities (or working towards) and a current Working with Children Check/Working with Vulnerable People card, First Aid Certificate, and Drivers Licence.
