Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Grounds Maintenance Attendant. This role involves performing daily tasks to ensure the park remains clean, tidy, and well-presented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing daily grounds upkeep, including landscaping, mowing, and litter removal.
  • Maintaining condition and cleanliness of park facilities, including amenities, camp kitchen, and play areas.
  • Carrying out repairs and routine maintenance tasks on park accommodation and facilities.
  • Managing and maintaining park equipment and tools.
  • Adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Responding to guest requests promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in grounds keeping.
  • Skilled in building and grounds maintenance tasks.
  • Attention to detail to ensure the safety, and aesthetic appeal of the property.
  • Ability to safely operate groundskeeping equipment and power tools.
  • Excellent time management skills and flexibility to work over a 7 day roster.
  • Trade qualified is desirable.
  • A current valid driver's licence is essential.

This role may involve extensive manual handling tasks including lifting up to 20kg kneeling and squatting, as well as handling chemicals and utilising machinery.
