About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Claims team in Adelaide. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative and coordination support to our Claims team, including preparing claims and legal documentation, drafting correspondence, and liaising with members, witnesses, and experts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our Claims team, including preparing claims and legal documentation.
  • Draft correspondence and liaise with members, witnesses, and experts.
  • Assist with coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Process invoices, monthly billings, and MasterCard reconciliations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative position in an insurance or legal environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • The ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and show attention to detail.
  • A high level of competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
