Executive Chef Job Description

We're looking for an exceptional Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences and are committed to excellence in all aspects of your work, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

  • This is a rare opportunity for a talented Executive Chef to take on a leadership role within our culinary team.
  • You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring that food safety and occupational health & safety standards are always met.
  • We need someone who can inspire and motivate their team members, develop them for the future, and ensure they're equipped to do their job to the highest standard.
  • The ideal candidate will be passionate about trying new culinary trends and seasonal ingredients, with a focus on developing new menus in line with brand standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Leading a team of chefs to deliver high-quality dishes, exceeding customer expectations, and driving revenue growth.
  2. Mentoring and coaching colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  3. Developing and implementing menu concepts, working closely with the sales and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  4. Ensuring compliance with food safety and occupational health & safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment.
