Job Overview

As a senior lawyer, you will play a critical role in shaping transport safety policies and initiatives.

You will work closely with the chief investigator to provide legal advice on a wide range of matters, including corporate governance, commercial law, contracts, liability, regulatory, administrative, privacy, employment, and criminal law.

  • Work as part of the senior leadership team to provide legal advice to the chief investigator.
  • Support the functions of the chief investigator by providing accurate and timely legal advice and counsel across a broad range of matters.
  • Use your expertise in corporate governance, commercial law, contracts, liability, regulatory, administrative, privacy, employment, and criminal law to drive outcomes and meet diverse challenges.
