  • Troubleshoot and repair bikes efficiently with a focus on speed, accuracy, and quality
  • Perform bike builds and pre-assemblies according to industry standards
  • Lead the service area with professionalism and high standards of organization and cleanliness
  • Deliver best-in-class hospitality by helping customers understand service options and timelines
  • Maintain certification through ongoing training and education
  • Collaborate with the team to complete daily tasks and support overall shop operations
  • Ensure consistent communication and leadership within the service department

The ideal candidate for this role will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for cycling. They will be able to take ownership of their work and lead by example in the workshop.
