We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Venue Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job DescriptionWe currently have an exciting opportunity for a professional and driven leader to take on the role of Venue Manager - Multi Site. This position will be responsible for the management of multiple venues, focusing on developing and implementing revenue-generating strategies, identifying operational improvements, establishing effective policies, and leading a high-performing team through strong leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage hospitality management expertise to develop and execute strategic plans that drive venue success.
- Manage day-to-day operations, financial performance, and overall presentation of all venues.
- Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and cost control to ensure profitability.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement throughout all venues and implement effective solutions.
- Oversee workforce planning, including rostering, recruitment, and staffing requirements.
- Inspire and lead a high-performing team culture focused on excellence and accountability.
- E nsure full compliance with licensing obligations and industry legislation.
Successful applicants will require:
- Minimum 5 years multi-venue food and beverage senior management experience, including gaming.
- Current RSA, Gaming Licence, and RMLV Approved Manager accreditation.
- Proven experience in building and growing gaming and hospitality venues to reach their potential.
- Ability to generate and implement revenue-building ideas throughout the venues.
- Strong staff management experience, with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management skills.
- Tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Business Management (not essential but viewed favourably).
