Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or related degree, plus CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Deep understanding of accounting and tax, including income tax, CGT, FBT, GST, payroll tax, Division 7A, transfer pricing, accounting principles, consolidations, tax-effect accounting, and small business concessions.
  • Exceptional business acumen to deliver value-add advice and meet KPIs.
  • Client-centric approach with ability to collaborate across divisions and deliver exceptional end-to-end client experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with track record of mentoring, managing, and inspiring teams to exceed expectations.
