Experienced SharePoint Online Consultant for Intranet Development

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Online Consultant to develop and implement a modern intranet site, meeting corporate branding and design standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SharePoint Online configuration and be capable of working independently to deliver a complete solution with effective knowledge transfer and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and deliver a functional SharePoint Online intranet Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
- Implement corporate branding and design across the platform.
- Set up visitor request forms and workflows using Power Automate email alerts.
- Develop and maintain intranet content structures and governance settings.
Requirements:
- Baseline security clearance.
- Proven experience delivering SharePoint Online intranet solutions.
- Strong skills in SharePoint Online configuration, including modern sites, lists, libraries, navigation, and pages.
- Ability to apply branding and theming consistent with corporate design standards.
- Experience with low-code automation tools, such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Knowledge of SharePoint governance, permissions, and content structures.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver to agreed timeframes.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
- Experience providing training, documentation, and support.
- Awareness of Microsoft 365 ecosystem integration, including Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive.
