Intranet Site Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to configure and build a modern intranet site using SharePoint Online.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a SharePoint Online intranet Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
- Apply branding and design principles to align with corporate standards.
- Set up navigation, page layouts, document libraries, and other core intranet features.
- Configure permissions and governance settings for effective content management.
- Provide comprehensive handover documentation and knowledge transfer/training for staff members.
- Proven experience delivering SharePoint Online intranet solutions.
- Strong skills in SharePoint Online configuration (modern sites, lists, libraries, navigation, pages).
- Ability to apply branding and theming consistent with corporate design standards.
- Experience with low-code automation tools for workflow optimization.
- Knowledge of SharePoint governance, permissions, and content structures.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards for inclusive user experiences.
- Experience providing training, documentation, and support services.
