Job Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our team at Cairns Airport.

As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and building a high-performing team.

You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans, optimize store operations, and ensure excellent product presentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and excellence in customer service
  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve profitability
  • Maintaining store appearance and ensuring compliance with brand standards
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong communication and coaching skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment
  • Flexibility to work across rotating shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)
