Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Coffee Roaster to join our team. As a Coffee Roaster, you will be responsible for roasting high-quality coffee beans to meet our customers' expectations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent focus and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

In this role, you will work closely with other teams to ensure that all roasts are ready on time and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

As a Coffee Roaster, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Roasting coffee beans to order.
  • Monitoring and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conducting regular quality control checks to ensure consistency in our products.
  • Liaising with other teams to coordinate production schedules and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to lift up to 24 kg regularly.
  • Valid Australian working rights.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • Base salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year.
  • Overtime pay rate of 1.5 times the base rate.
