Dining Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
About the Role- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that customers have a positive experience with our food and beverage services.
- Clean and maintain equipment, furniture, and premises to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Process all meals through the meal pass system, handle cash transactions, and report any discrepancies or suspicious behavior.
- Assist with basic food preparation as requested by the Head Chef.
- You must have current VIC Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- You should have a Hygiene for Food Handlers Certificate or be willing to obtain one.
- You should possess strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
