Senior Software Engineer: Build Platform

We're redefining the experience of working with build systems, and we need your expertise to help us achieve our goals.

About the Role:

This is an opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including developing self-service infrastructure, building and optimizing developer workflows, and improving internal developer experience platforms. You'll be working closely with product engineering teams to ensure best practices and tools are rolled out across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing self-service infrastructure from scratch to empower engineering teams to work more efficiently
  • Working across CI/CD, build systems, test frameworks, cloud providers, and other developer-related domains as necessary
  • Designing, building, and optimizing developer workflows to build, test, and deploy a monorepo architecture
  • Participating in solution design meetings, hiring interviews, and code reviews
  • Maintaining and improving internal developer experience platforms that empower engineers to work efficiently

What We're Looking For:

You have a passion for developer tools and build systems, and enjoy using your imagination to develop solutions that supercharge the way engineers deliver features to users. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and are proficient in one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, or GoLang. You also have experience maintaining and improving a large monorepo build infrastructure (bonus points if you've worked with Bazel).
