AI Systems Engineer

Job Description:

As an AI systems engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and robust artificial intelligence solutions that drive business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production-grade systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.

You will have the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge technologies such as conversational AI, autonomous agents, and workflow automation to create innovative solutions that transform organizations. Your expertise in RAG architectures, vector search, and prompt engineering will enable you to build intelligent systems that provide actionable insights and automate complex tasks.

In this role, you will also contribute to the development of technical documentation, provide training and support to colleagues, and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in software or ML engineering
  • Proven track record of shipping LLM-based tools or agent workflows into production
  • Deep understanding of RAG architectures, vector search, and prompt engineering
  • Confidence with DevOps and CI/CD
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Experience in consulting, SaaS, or product delivery a plus
