Nuage has partnered with an Australian-owned enterprise in the travel sector, embarking on a major transformation program. This role will see you join a large-scale AI initiative built on AWS Bedrock, where you'll contribute to the delivery of an enterprise-grade chatbot and automation platform. The solution will leverage the latest Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities to transform customer engagement and operational efficiency.

You'll be joining a high-performing engineering team working on cutting-edge AWS GenAI technologies. This is not a role for someone learning on the job. We're looking for engineers who can hit the ground running, with proven experience building AI-driven solutions in production.

You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI-powered chatbot solutions on AWS Bedrock, integrating Agentic AI frameworks to enable autonomous decision-making and workflow execution. Your work will involve implementing Generative AI solutions for customer interaction and personalisation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, security, and compliance, and leveraging AWS-native services to optimise performance, cost, and reliability. You will also contribute to the ongoing architecture and evolution of the enterprise AI platform.

Experience needed:

  • Proven AWS GenAI delivery experience (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)
  • Strong software engineering background (Python, Go, Rust)
  • Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and LLM orchestration tools
  • Hands-on with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, and vector databases
  • Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment pipelines, and prompt engineering

You'll be working at the forefront of AI innovation within the travel sector, helping to deliver high-impact projects that redefine customer experiences.
