Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing civil and hydraulic engineering calculations for water and wastewater planning and design projects.
  • Coordinating resources and overseeing budgets to deliver quality project completions on time.
  • Developing proposals and delivering presentations to secure new work.
  • Managing competing priorities in a professional and proactive manner.
  • Overseeing knowledge sharing and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design expertise in water and wastewater transmission, distribution, conveyance, and treatment civil infrastructure, including pipelines, storage facilities, pump stations, etc.
  • Hydraulic design expertise, including network modeling, pumped systems, gravity sewers, and open channels.
  • A strong focus on successful delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively both internally and externally.
  • Project Management experience in managing resources, budgets, timelines, and quality on medium to large-scale projects.
  • Experience in winning new business.
  • Ability to provide specialist input into water and wastewater transmission, distribution, and conveyance systems for various markets.
  • Strong writing skills to produce high-quality reports, proposals, and other documents.
