The Opportunity

Leidos is embarking on a new program with a key customer account, aiming to implement innovative DevOps build pipelines and services for capability delivery teams and develop cutting-edge business applications for end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Agile teams to capture and utilize user stories/use cases and requirements.
  • Act as the voice of the user within Leidos development and integration teams, ensuring our teams deliver mission value to our users.
  • Provide user liaison and support for development activities, including testing and validation.
  • Participate in Agile sprints, representing the user during testing.

Support Organisational Change Management (OCM) activities and the transition of solutions into production and operational use, including communications and training.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring:

  • Demonstrated experience working in Agile delivery teams and with automated CI/CD delivery pipelines.
  • Proven ability to apply advanced business analysis principles, methodologies, and concepts.
  • Experience working with national security agencies and in highly-secure environments.
  • Knowledge of cloud environments, both public cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Knowledge of publishing and editing technologies and tools, such as InDesign, XML, and web technologies.
  • Qualifications in Agile delivery, CI/CD, business analysis, business architecture, and OCM will be highly considered.

Due to the nature of the work, this role requires applicants to be Australian Citizens with a TSPV security clearance.
