We are seeking talented individuals to join our Graduate Development Program, a unique opportunity to launch your career in a dynamic and meaningful environment.
The program provides graduates with hands-on experience across diverse areas of the department, aligning with their interests and skills. Participants will gain professional expertise through vocational learning opportunities, personalized coaching, and dedicated support to help them succeed.
About the Role
Talented individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a commitment to continuous learning are encouraged to apply. Participants will have the opportunity to work on various projects, develop their skills, and contribute to the organization's mission.
Eligibility Requirements
- To be eligible for the program, applicants must:
- Be an Australian citizen or obtain citizenship by a certain date
- Have completed at least an Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7 qualification (a Bachelor Degree) equivalent, or higher equivalent by a certain date
- Obtain and maintain an Employment Suitability Clearance or an onboarding check as applicable
