The Opportunity:

Join us as an undergraduate or recent graduate and lay the foundation for a successful career. You'll work with knowledgeable team members and leaders, gain experience working with clients, and learn about all aspects of our business.

You will contribute meaningfully as part of a team, develop skills needed to thrive in consulting, and prepare for future technical and leadership roles. We'll support you in your development and provide opportunities for growth.

What we look for:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Engineering and in your final year or recently graduated in the last 12 months.
  • Coursework or academic project related to Civil Engineering
  • Proficiency in MS Suite and a willingness to learn new systems and tools
  • Motivated, enthusiastic, a team player who enjoys collaborating with others and has a growth mindset
  • A strong written and verbal communicator who understands the importance of building positive relationships and enjoys finding ways to support client needs.
