Job Description

Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • A current and valid Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one)
  • First Aid Certificate, including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
Requirements
  • Ability to provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all children
  • Understanding of developmental milestones and needs across various age groups
  • Capability to design, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Adaptability to varying situations and needs within an early childhood setting
