**About Us**:
Since opening our doors in January 2020, the College has maintained a focus on developing a high-quality program of teaching and learning. **About the Role**:

- The Deputy Principal for Junior Secondary has responsibilities for leading the development of high-quality curriculum, teaching and learning in Junior Secondary, as well as overseeing the implementation of pastoral care and transition activities for students in Years 7 -9.
- You will work collaboratively with Heads of Department, teachers and support staff to set and monitor high expectations for students in the areas of wellbeing, attendance, behaviour, and achievement.
- This position is a job-share arrangement with the substantive Deputy Principal for each Thursday.
