Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Catheter Theatre team at Buderim Private Hospital. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Apply sound clinical practice which ensures a safe environment and promotes optimal patient health.
- Effectively exchange information regarding patient responses to treatment and nursing care.
- Achieve optimum patient care through effective collaboration with other health professionals and coordination of care.
- Achieve optimal patient outcomes through appropriate allocation of staff and delegation of work and uses effective communication skills.
- Exercise authority through appropriate decision making.
- Utilise customer service principles to exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months post graduate Registered Nursing experience within Cardiac Catheter Theatres.
- Bachelor of Nursing Degree or equivalent.
- Current AHPRA practicing certificate as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwifery.
- A commitment toward the mission of UnitingCare Hospitals and the attainment of the goals of the Nursing Division.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety practices.
- Prepared to comply with and uphold the terms and conditions of employment for nursing staff as per the relevant UnitingCare Health Enterprise Agreement.
- Comply with the UnitingCare Code of Conduct.
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster including all shifts.
