About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Grounds and Facilities Manager. In this position, you will play a vital role in maintaining the grounds, facilities and activity areas of our site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining the grounds through tasks such as mowing, edging, gardening and bushland maintenance
  • Performing general maintenance on buildings, facilities and activity equipment
  • Cleaning and preparing camp areas for guests and programs
  • Assisting with operational tasks across the site as needed
  • Supporting senior management with various duties
Essential Criteria:
  • A mature Christian faith and active involvement in a local church
  • Agreement with CRU's Basis of Belief and commitment to Christian ministry
  • Practical experience in property maintenance and groundskeeping
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Current driver's licence
  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks safely
  • Friendly, professional and guest-focused attitude
