Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide therapeutic support and care to vulnerable young people in Out of Home Care.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and program guidelines for child safety and well-being.
  • Support young people in their educational, social and recreational pursuits while fostering independence and self-esteem.
Your Skills and Experience
  • A team player with effective collaboration skills, prioritisation of young person's interests and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and professional boundaries.
  • Flexibility, adaptability and multitasking ability.
  • Creative thinking and non-judgmental approach.
  • A driver's license is essential for transporting young people.
  • A minimum Cert IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or equivalent qualification is required.
